1. Introduction
This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between the user (“Client”) and [https://shop.ipsclatam.com/] (“Service Provider”), effective upon the purchase of any services through [https://shop.ipsclatam.com/]. By booking and paying for any services (Shooting Range Practice, VIP Parking, or Main Match T-Shirt) through our website, the Client agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
2. Description of Services
- Shooting Range Practice: The Service Provider offers access to exclusive training fields where shooters can practice before competitions. Clients may reserve specific time slots for training sessions at a rate of $50 per hour through our online booking system.
- VIP Parking: The Service Provider offers reserved parking spaces for Clients at the event location, ensuring convenient and exclusive access. VIP parking is available for a flat rate of $50 per event.
- Main Match T-Shirt: Clients may purchase the official event T-Shirt for $35. T-shirts are available for pickup at the range club on the day of the event.
3. Payment and Confirmation
Payment for all services is processed via PayPal upon booking. Upon successful payment, the Client will receive a confirmation email detailing the service(s) purchased. This email acts as an official receipt and confirmation of service delivery.
4. Delivery of Services
- Shooting Range Practice: The Service is considered “Delivered” upon the confirmation of booking, as the Client is granted access to the reserved training field at the scheduled time. Clients are required to sign a physical attendance sheet upon arrival to confirm participation.
- VIP Parking: The Service is considered “Delivered” upon confirmation of booking, granting the Client access to designated VIP parking at the event. No additional confirmation is required upon arrival at the parking area.
- Main Match T-Shirt: The Service is considered “Delivered” when the Client picks up their T-Shirt at the range club. Clients must present their confirmation email as proof of purchase when picking up the T-Shirt.
5. Cancellations and Refund Policy
- Cancellations by Client: Cancellations for the Shooting Range Practice and VIP Parking must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session or event start time to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible for refunds. T-Shirts are non-refundable after purchase.
- Cancellations by Service Provider: If the Service Provider must cancel any service, the Client will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule (for practice sessions only).
- No-shows: Clients who do not attend their scheduled Shooting Range Practice session or fail to pick up their T-Shirt on the event day without prior notice are not eligible for refunds.
6. Attendance Confirmation and Proof of Service
- Shooting Range Practice: Upon arrival, Clients will confirm their attendance by signing a physical attendance sheet. This signed record serves as proof of service delivery.
- VIP Parking: Confirmation of VIP parking is completed upon booking, and access will be granted without additional on-site confirmation.
- Main Match T-Shirt: Clients will pick up their T-Shirt by presenting their confirmation email at the range club, which will be recorded as proof of delivery.
7. Liability and Waiver
The Client agrees to follow all event and facility rules and regulations. The Service Provider is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages arising from the use of the training fields, parking facilities, or T-Shirt products. Clients assume all responsibility for personal injury, damage to personal property, and adherence to safety protocols during their participation and use of services.
